Meet our Team | Diego Hernandez
Spring 2024
Diego has been with Foundation Solutions for 10 years. He is our most experienced leader on our jobsites in the Foreman position. He started with us as a crew member and has moved up to our Lead Foreman in our Central Coast location. He is Ram Jack certified and uses the knowledge he has to train new employees starting their career path with us. Every day he shows us his passion for his position and desire to help our clients and other employees.
The central coast of California has been his home for a long time, and he loves the area. Diego is a devoted father and husband. In his time off he enjoys fishing, sports (go Packers!), doing projects around the house and spending time with his family and friends. Traveling and seeing the world is an aspiration he would like to share with his children and plans to do more of in the future.
We appreciate Diego being a part of our team and when he is at a property helping with a home improvement project, we know our clients feel the same gratitude.

We are involved with and support many worthwhile organizations and individuals, this season we want to feature the annual Firefighters and Flowers for a Cure to help support the LLS’s Firefighter Stairclimb. Each year, the Templeton Fire Department Stairclimb Team hosts their Valentine’s flower sale to fundraise for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Stop by and pick out a beautiful, custom arrangement or pre-order and pick-up at one of our sales locations. Thank you for your time, consideration, and sincere generosity. We climb because beating cancer is in our blood. All proceeds benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and local youth organizations.
