Employee Bio - Kyle Honkoski
Spring 2026
We are happy to have Kyle on our team. He has been with Foundation Solutions as our bay area Project and Production Manager for 6 years. Recently he was promoted to General Manager of our Santa Clara location. He is a well-rounded individual from his willingness to help other staff, getting his hands dirty on a job site, assisting our clients or performing executive duties, he does them with professionalism and kindness.
Out of work he enjoys outdoor sports including skiing with his dad, traveling with family, watching sports and the occasional gaming system adventure. At work he is known as the go-to for our bay team. His job experience, generosity and patience are noted by anyone who works with him. He will always go above and beyond to make sure our clients and other employees are taken care of.
We appreciate all the hard work and the dedication we see in Kyle and we want to make sure it is well recognized.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a donor and volunteer supported organization proven to help vulnerable children of single, low-income and/or incarcerated parents succeed. We create professionally supported one-to-one relationships between children facing adversity and trained and supervised volunteer role models.
