We would like to introduce you to our new Project Manager, Heather Mundy
SPRING 2025
Heather Mundy brings a unique and highly skilled background to her role as Project Manager, with years of hands-on experience as both a licensed electrician and certified building inspector. Her deep understanding of structural systems, code compliance, and electrical safety makes her an invaluable asset in the foundation repair industry.
Before joining the team, Heather spent over 4 years inspecting residential and commercial buildings, ensuring projects met rigorous safety and structural standards. Her experience in the field allows her to anticipate potential issues before they arise and keep every job on track and up to code.
Heather is passionate about building trust with homeowners and delivering quality work that lasts. Known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and calm under pressure, she’s committed to making every foundation repair project a smooth and successful experience.
When she’s not on-site, Heather enjoys music comedy and sporting events, adventures with her kids and fostering dogs with a local rescue.

We are involved with and support many worthwhile organizations and individuals, this season we want to feature the Atascadero Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry. The ALF Food Pantry is dedicated in providing nutritious groceries to the food-insecure residents of the communities they serve in Atascadero, Templeton, Santa Margarita, Creston and California Valley. Their sustainable menu group ensures they are consistently offering a variety of shelf-stable items, produce and meats of high quality and quantity to their patrons.
